Prostate Relief

Zero Gravity | Aquatic Osteopathy

Our Zero Gravity for Prostate Relief sessions help improve common symptoms of enlarged prostate, also known as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

  • Nocturia: Frequent urination at night

  • Dysuria: Painful, difficult urination

  • Weak flow, straining to pee or "stop-start" peeing

  • Needing to pee urgently and/or frequently

  • Not being able to fully empty the bladder

In most cases, improvement in bladder function is experienced after the first session

Zero Gravity for Prostate Relief harnesses the benefits of warm buoyancy and uses a variety of 3-dimensional techniques that cannot be applied during regular "land-based" therapy. Our Prostate Relief sessions take place in an indoor, heated pool (36ËšC). For aquatic contraindications and other considerations, please visit our Zero Gravity webpage.

New clients are required to book a Q&A initial consultation (free of charge) prior to their pool session.
